What we collect
- What you tell us in a form: your name, phone number, email, property address or city, the type of damage and any message you write.
- Calls and texts: when you call or text us, our phone provider records your number, the date and time and how long the call lasted. We keep notes about your job.
- How you reached the site: the page you arrived on, the website that sent you, and ad details such as the campaign name or a Google or Meta click ID, when you came from an ad.
- Basic device information that every browser sends, such as browser type and approximate location from your IP address.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule a free visual inspection and do the work you ask for.
- To work with your insurance company or adjuster, when you ask us to.
- To send you updates about your request or job by phone, text or email.
- To understand which ads and pages bring us customers, so we can improve them.
- To keep our records and meet legal requirements.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us a mobile number, Elite Restoration by Villegas may send you text messages about your request: scheduling your inspection, crew arrival updates and follow-up on your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help, or call us at (888) 954-7829. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share them only with the service providers who deliver our messages for us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run our business, such as our customer management system, phone and text provider, and website host. They may use it only to provide their service to us;
- with your insurance company or adjuster, when you ask us to work on your claim;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Cookies, analytics and ads
This website stores a small record in your browser of how you arrived (the ad campaign or website that sent you and the page you landed on). It's kept for up to 90 days so we know which ads work. We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tools to measure visits and ad results. If your connection drops while you send a request, a copy of it is kept in your browser's local storage until it reaches us (at most 30 days), then deleted.
