Using this website
This website is run by Elite Restoration by Villegas ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information on this site
The information on this site is general. It is not professional, legal or insurance advice for your situation. Every property and every insurance policy is different. We'll explain what applies to you after we see the damage.
Requests, inspections and pricing
Sending a form or calling us is a request for contact. It isn't a contract. Visual inspections are free. Written inspection reports, and all restoration and repair work, are priced for each job based on the damage and are agreed with you before work begins. Whether your insurance covers a job depends on your policy and your insurer's decision.
Text message program
If you give us a mobile number, Elite Restoration by Villegas may send you text messages about your request: scheduling your inspection, crew arrival updates and follow-up on your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help, or call us at (888) 954-7829. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number.
